How long does a deep clean take?
A studio takes about 4 hours; a 1-bedroom 4–6; a 2-bedroom 6–8; a 3-bedroom home is a full day. Post-renovation jobs can run longer — we tell you when we quote.
How is this different from regular home cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains surfaces you see and touch weekly. Deep cleaning goes inside the oven and fridge, strips limescale, digs out window tracks, washes inside cabinets, and scrubs grout — the build-up layers a maintenance visit never reaches.
One cleaner or two?
Always at least two for deep cleans. Splitting zones between two trained cleaners is what makes a full-day scope finish in one day — and one person can safely move furniture with a partner.
When should I book a move-out clean?
1–2 days before your landlord inspection, after your belongings are out. An empty room cleans faster and better, and the photo pack we send is dated right before the handover.
Will it get my deposit back?
We clean to a landlord-inspection standard and give you photo evidence of every zone. We can't control other deductions (damage, unpaid bills), but cleanliness is the deduction excuse we remove completely.
Can you remove mold?
Surface mold on tiles, silicone, and painted walls — yes, it's part of the bathroom zone. Mold growing inside walls or from a structural leak needs the source fixed first; we'll tell you honestly if we see it.
Can I add sofa, mattress, or aircon cleaning?
Yes — same visit, combined price. Sofa and mattress shampooing runs while the deep clean happens, and their drying time finishes while we do the floors. Tell us when you request the quote.
