1. Services

CLEANROVA provides professional cleaning, pest control, and consumable replenishment services across Bangkok. All services are performed by our vetted, uniformed, and insured crew members.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Bookings are made via LINE, phone, email, or our contact form.
  • We confirm all bookings within 2 hours during business hours (8am–8pm).
  • Same-day bookings are available subject to crew availability.
  • Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled at any time with 24 hours notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all supplies and equipment.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept PromptPay, bank transfer, and cash.
  • Recurring plan discounts (10–15%) are applied automatically.
  • Prices may be adjusted with 30 days written notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice — no charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
  • No-shows (locked property, no access) are charged at full rate.
  • Recurring plans: cancel anytime with no penalty.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of our clean:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will send a crew back for a free re-clean at no additional cost.
  • If still unsatisfied after the re-clean, we will issue a full refund.

6. Property Access & Liability

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Our crew will handle your property with care. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, report it within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.
  • All crew members are background-checked and insured.

7. Photo Reports

After each clean, we send 8–12 HD photos via LINE or email documenting the completed work. These photos are for your records and quality assurance.

8. Pest Control

  • Pest control treatments use certified, safe products.
  • Follow-up visits may be required for full effectiveness (included in subscription plans).
  • Clients should vacate treated areas for the duration recommended by our technician.
