Do you take items away to clean them?
No — everything is cleaned on-site in your home, including curtains, which stay on the rail. You watch the work happen and nothing you own leaves the building.
How long until I can use things again?
Mattresses dry in 3–5 hours, sofas 4–8, carpets 6–12, curtains about 2. We run air movers while we work and book morning slots so everything is dry by evening.
How does the 10% combo discount work?
Book any two or more upholstery items in the same visit — sofa + mattress is the classic — and 10% comes off the whole upholstery total. It stacks with nothing else; one discount, clearly applied.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, ฿1,500 per visit — it covers bringing the extraction equipment and crew to you. Small items (chairs, headboards, pillows) can be combined to reach it.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use low-residue, fabric-safe agents and extract them back out with the water. Once dry, the item is safe to sit, sleep, and crawl on.
How do you handle condo access and water?
Our machines carry their own tanks — we only need a normal power socket and a bathroom to fill and empty water. We register with your juristic office like any contractor.
