How long does a home cleaning take?
A studio takes about 2 hours, a 1-bedroom 2.5–3 hours, a 2-bedroom 3–4 hours, and a 3-bedroom home 4–5 hours. First visits run slightly longer because we're resetting the baseline.
Do I need to provide any supplies or a vacuum?
No — the crew brings all products, cloths, mops, and a vacuum. The price you see includes everything. If you'd rather we use your own products, just leave them out.
Can you clean while I'm not home?
Yes — most recurring customers leave a key with their juristic office or a lockbox code. We photograph the door on arrival and departure, and you get the full photo report when we finish.
Is it safe with pets at home?
Yes. Our products are mild and low-odor, and the crew is comfortable around cats and dogs. Tell us in the chat if your pet is shy or should stay in a specific room.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Recurring plans keep the same crew, so they learn your home and your preferences. If your regular crew is unavailable, we tell you in advance instead of sending a stranger unannounced.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Message us at least 24 hours ahead and we move the visit free of charge — your recurring discount stays intact. Same-day cancellations forfeit the visit, because the crew's day is already booked around you.
