How fast can you turn a unit around?

A standard 1-bedroom takes 90 minutes; the SLA is 3 hours from entry. For same-day checkout/check-in, book by 10am and give us the window — we plan the crew's day around it.

Who handles the linens?

Your choice at onboarding: we rotate your spare sets and bag the used ones for your laundry, or we run the full linen cycle through our laundry partner as a per-set add-on on the monthly invoice.

What if a guest leaves the unit trashed?

We photograph everything before touching it, send you the evidence pack for your Airbnb resolution claim, and quote the extra work before starting. Your flat rate covers normal guest use, not aftermath.

Do you handle self-check-in units?

Yes — most of our host units are. Lockbox codes and smart locks are stored securely, the door is photographed locked on departure, and the same crew keeps your entry routine consistent.

Can you restock consumables automatically?

Yes — the ฿490/month toiletries plan keeps toilet paper, soap, and your welcome kit stocked without you ordering anything. Heavier restock lists are quoted per unit.
